1. What do I get by having a lot in the resort?

 

There are multiple advantages by owning a lot in the resort, some of the are listed below;

 

Ø      Return on investments from the plants, you will get 75 teakwood plants along with Neem, Mango, Jama,  Danimma,  sapota, orange, seethafalam and many more trees. The above number was given for 21 cents of land, the plantation number will increase over 21 cents (1,008 sq. yards) of land.

Ø      Farm produce will be sent to the people referred by owners or else the produce will be sold out in the open market.

Ø      Cottages will be built as per owners request and these cottages will be rented to the general public for a fee.

Ø      Since we are operating lot of activities in the resort, this will trigger round the year revenue through cottage rentals.

Ø      A Lot owner who doesn’t have cottages can stay in the resort guest rooms for 20 days per year and other services can be available for a discounted rate up to 50%.

Ø      This is an excellent opportunity to the investors to offer invaluable vacation packages to the loved ones and health packages to the parents or elderly people.

 

2. How long do we get free maintenance?

 

We will take care of the plants for the first two years, after that thereafter nominal labor charges will be applied for managing the plantation.  These labor changes can be discounted if we sell the farm produce.

    appreciation.

 

This is not a residential place, you will be getting more than  ¼ th acre with teak wood and other fruits. You will get all the major seasonal fruits to your loved ones. It is an excellent resort to reenergize yourself or you can offer vacation and health packages at a discounted rates. With the resort rentals and farm produce, you will get constant revenue for your investments for the life.  You can send your parents or elders to the resort to regain their health.

 

4. What is the guarantee that resort will have sufficient visitors traffic to get sufficient revenue on the resort?

 

We are leasing out the health center to one of the prominent resort companies in Kerala.  Besides that we will have tie ups with tourism department and other famous resorts to avail larger network. We are also appointing a dedicated very talented marketing team to market corporate events and summer camps etc.

5. What is the guarantee that resort will be maintained properly?

 

We do have an opportunity to sell the farm lots like other resort companies near by and exit out of the resort. But we are investing heavily on health resort & club house. Unless we manage the facility well, we don’t get any returns on our investments. The near by resorts prices are higher than our price with out much amenities compared to our resort.

 

6. What kind of experience does the promoters has to manage this resort? 

Executive management has very rich professional experience in service industry and financial industry. The resort will be fully operated by professionals. Board will involve only in providing direction and financials.

 

7. What kind of security measures do you take in the resort?

 

We will have a fence around the resort and we will install snake guards wherever it is necessary.

8. What kind of packages do you offer for corporate?

 

We will offer stress relief programs to the corporate world which includes spa and massage therapies.

9. What kind of packages do you offer to schools?

 

Present education system is keeping the kids and students very stressful and some of the kids are going into depression. We will offer summer, fall, winter camps during the schools breaks, besides relax, we do enrich some of their personal skills in the resort to make them tomorrow’s global leaders. These programs will be conducted by well experience people.

 

10. Do you have enough water to harvest these plants?

 

The resort is on the foot hills of the resort and close to Andra Reservoir, so the we will have enough ground water besides the nearby  water streams to support our needs.

 

11.  What about the resale of the property? How can I liquidate the asset easily?  

We value our customers a lot and we would like to serve them the best possible way, we are providing a facility to the land owners to post their lots for resale through our portal. Once the resort is fully operational, we are confident that lot of guests would like to buy the property for a premium price.  In total the resort will be a 25 crore property.
