A unique, one-of-a-kind resort for families and friends desiring a lifestyle of health and fitness is developing and will gracefully be nestled near the Estern Ghats. It will comprise around 120 acres of rich wooded resort plus acres of graceful mountain wilderness with over 200, 1/5th to 1/3 rd acre farm lots and over 50 plus cottages in phase 1 surrounding a village with restaurent and health resort. Mini Golf: Miniature Golf is great entertainment for family & friends, business and social events, and of course birthday parties. At our facility we have a beautifully manicured, landscaped 9 hole course that is challenging for all ages. Enjoy a relaxing stroll with your group and test your putting skills.

The miniature golf is open all year weather permitting. We will be having a 9 hole oddly shaped green area with obstacles made of stone, sand, wind mills and dinosaurs etc,. Mini golf consists of playing a golf ball from the tee into the hole by a stroke. Players start on the first hole and progress in order. The winner is the player with the lowest aggregate stroke play total. Each stroke counts as a point. If the ball has not been holed after six strokes, another point is added. We will have full size tennis court with iron fenced cover and full size table tennis in the club house to keep your spirits up.

Trampoline: is a gymnastic and recreational device consisting of a piece of taut, strong fabric stretched over a steel frame using many coiled springs to provide a rebounding force which propels the jumper high into the air. In a trampoline, the fabric is not elastic itself, the elasticity is provided by the springs which

Air Bed: As thousands of young people--and some who are just young at heart--jump, slide, climb, or bounce on airbed, their smiles and giggles present indisputable evidence that "Here comes fun," is no idle boast.

Billiards: We offer a billiard table or billiards table (or more specifically a pool table or snooker table) is a bounded table on which billiards-type games are played.

Air hockey: Air hockey is one of the famous indoor game in North America and Europe continents, Air hockey is a game for two competing players trying to score points in the opposing player's goal.

A typical air hockey table consists of a large smooth playing surface, a surrounding rail to prevent the puck and mallets from leaving the table, and slots in the rail at either end of the table that serve as goals. On the ends of the table behind and below the goals, there is usually a puck return. Additionally, tables will typically have some sort of machinery that produces a cushion of air on the play surface through tiny holes, with the purpose of reducing friction and increasing play speed.

Jogging & Cycling: The Lakshya valley is a favorite running track for those who want to pace their daily run to laps instead of a more extensive run. The Lakshya valley was originally designed as greenwoods meadows, the best resort valley, where visitors could enjoy an unobstructed view of the Eastern Ghats and the Andra Reservoir.

Steam Room/Sauna: You might have already heard about the many benefits and advantages of sauna steam rooms among which are the reported benefits and relaxation from stress. Sauna is best for people who have been too pressured from their daily jobs and responsibilities. A person who is stressed out is more prone to insomnia and heart diseases.

A sauna steam room is beneficial for people with damaged kidneys. Because sauna can help induce detoxification of the body, it is most beneficial for people who have damage in their kidneys particularly because their built-in body organ that filters body waste does not work properly. Sauna steam room- induced sweating can help them filter out these wastes.

Kids play Area: Lakshya resort will build a Kids play area with the utmost importance to their safety. We will be having swings, ladders, private clubhouse, small deck, softer playground to minimize accidents. With tall trees and wildwood bushes and increased foliage baring the

once magnificent site of the woods in the distance the great hills needs no excuse for its being. Though unfamiliar to most Park visitors due to its location in an obscure part of the eastern ghats quadrant of the resort the lot owners of the resort and occasional visitors from beyond its community perimeter find it a wonderful place to enjoy a picnic, have a quiet jog or even sunbathe or read on the untrampled grass of the meadow.
